pardis casting system “is able to mould & cast aluminium rolling & casting alloys in billet or ingot form .this system provide melting & fabricating different types of aluminium alloys through using 6 melting furnace, three furnace with capacity vessel of 20 tons, two 15 tons furnace, one furnace of 7 tones with a tilt system, one holder furnace with capacity vessel 9 tons.
In this system production treatment of alloys controls by one of the most equipped quantometer device made by ARL from swiss .this is equipped with the exact and accurat measuring techniques for elements even in minimum level .
Beside, this system is able to inspect inner defects of products specially produced billet through using ultrasonic test device.
Casting system has capability of automatic vertical dc casting and provide casting billet in different diameter (5 inch to 12 inch) up to the length of 6 meter.
It has capability of casting ingot through using a pick machine. This system is equipped with two advanced modern hemogen furnaces which can provide to hemogenize billets to the length of 6 meter also outomatic billet saw devices have capability of cutting cast molding billets in differt required sizes.
Cold job treatment over aluminium alloy through using traction, sizing (Mendel, dozeh), twist removal press, bar rolling press.
In addition to all equipments, there is quality control laboratory in the system which can be able to achieve acceptable quality for customers of this system, by using measuring devices includes metal analizing devices, ultrasonic test devices, scleroscope hardness.
